We felt so pampered during our stay, everything and anything we asked for was provided to us. The room was luxuriously comfortable, the hotel facilities were amazing. I could just go on. There was a slight hiccup - I requested for floral decoration in the room as we got married that day and I wanted to surprise my wife. This was supposed to be done while we were out having our ceremony, however to my horror, the room was not made by the time we got back, and the petals were arranged on an unmade bed. In fact we walked in together with the maid who was doing our room. Talk about awkward. Anyways, guest services did an amazing service recovery. We had a reservation at Ferraro's that evening - they arranged the best table for us (in my opinion) and treated us to a bottle of wine and an antipasti. This was completely unexpected, and they went above and beyond, I want to recognise the team for that.

Denna strandnära resort på Maui ligger bara 12 minuters promenad från Napilimarknaden. Här finns 2 utomhuspooler, snorkling och shuffleboardbanor. The communication from the property was excellent. The facilities in the room were perfect and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were in the furtherest building from the beach and it was still just a short walk and closer than I expected. The shopping centre was also close by and it was great having a supermarket there to buy groceries. We cooked our dinners and had cereals or cooked our breakfast. I loved the big oven and fridge freezer. Better than my kitchen back home!

Koloa Landing At Poipu Beach ligger på ön Kauais södra spets och har 2 resortpooler och ett toppmodernt gym. Sviterna har LCD-TV och fullt utrustade kök. The swimming pool was nice. It was nice that it was close to Poipu Beach. The staff were also friendly.

Located near upscale shopping, dining and golf courses in Wailea, the CoralTree Residence Collection, offers 34 acres of tropical gardens and 4 outdoor swimming pools. Free WiFi is provided. Our appartment was fully equiped like your house it was really incredible ... it was beyond our expectation (we even had some sun umbrellas and beach chairs). Very convenient to go to beach directly without crossing the road as for many others resorts in the area. The staff is super reactive and friendly : we had many requests and they always quickly adressed everything. The gardens are very nice. Location is great to get quick access to many nice beach and snorkeling spots.

We were upgraded to a master ocean view suite, which was spectacular. The view and sounds of the ocean were the backdrop to our deeply relaxing and inspiring stay. The location is easily the most beautiful on the island. The swimming beach was fantastic and my husband was pleased to be able to snorkel right on the property every day. The breakfast and different options for food were plentiful, healthy and delicious. And the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, special and comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary yoga and sound bath sessions and I enjoyed a world class facial with the excellent Cindy at the spa. We loved the whole experience and will be back!
